These terms explain what MobInternetDeals is, and isn't, and what to expect when you use our comparison service.

What we are

MobInternetDeals is an independent comparison and advisory service. We are not O2, Sky, Tesco Mobile, Vodafone or any other network provider, and we do not act as their agent unless stated otherwise on a call. Any branding or provider names used on this site refer to third-party services we compare, not services we operate ourselves.

Pricing and availability

Plan prices, data allowances and availability are set by the providers themselves and may change without notice. Figures shown on our plans page are indicative; current pricing is confirmed by our advisors on a call, and final pricing is confirmed by the provider at sign-up.

Contracts

Any contract you enter into as a result of a comparison is directly between you and the provider you choose — not with MobInternetDeals. Standard consumer rights and cooling-off periods that apply to that provider's contracts will apply as normal.
