Privacy policy
This policy explains what information MobInternetDeals collects when you contact us, and how we use it.
What we collect
When you call or email us, we may note your name, phone number, email address, and details relevant to comparing plans — such as your postcode, current provider, or usage needs. We don't collect information beyond what's needed to give you a comparison or, if you ask us to, help you switch provider.
How we use it
Giving advice
To compare plans against your usage and location and explain the options to you.
Switching, if you choose to
If you decide to switch provider, we pass the necessary details to that provider to set up your new plan.
Nothing else
We do not sell your data to third parties or use it for purposes you haven't agreed to.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time, by emailing hello@mobinternetdeals.online. We'll respond within a reasonable time.
For details on how we describe our service more generally, see our terms of use or the about page.
